In this role, you'll design comprehensive security solutions, oversee complex IT infrastructure, and drive security excellence across the organization. You'll work with senior leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the company's security and IT architecture for the future. What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and implementing enterprise-wide IT security architecture and infrastructure solutions
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive security strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with business objectives and industry standards
• Conducting risk assessments and security audits – identifying vulnerabilities and implementing solutions to mitigate threats
• Leading security projects from concept through implementation, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborating with IT teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all systems and processes
• Managing security compliance and governance – staying current with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Providing strategic security guidance to senior leadership and other departments
• Staying ahead of emerging security threats and technologies – continuously improving the security posture

Who You Are

• You have 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years specifically focused on security architecture and infrastructure
• You've designed and implemented enterprise security solutions across complex IT environments
• You have deep knowledge of IT security frameworks, standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.), and compliance requirements
• You're skilled in network security, system hardening, identity and access management, and cloud security
• You have hands-on experience with security tools, technologies, and best practices in modern environments
• You're a strategic thinker who can translate complex security concepts into clear business language
• You communicate effectively – both with technical teams and senior leadership
• You're comfortable with German and English (written and verbal)
• You stay current with security threats and emerging technologies – you're genuinely curious and always learning
• Lead security initiatives with real impact at an organization that takes security seriously
