Phase 1 - rebuild. Conversion tracking rebuilt from scratch, including Google Click ID capture, a thank-you page on our own domain, and Zoho CRM configured so that a lead we qualify in the CRM reports back to Google Ads as a conversion. Then the account itself: roughly four campaigns, fifteen ad groups, phrase and exact match only, a layered negative keyword structure, and four commercial landing pages.
