Bid Coordinator and Estimator (Painting)

Schedule: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm ET (Eastern Time)

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-construction support
• Coordinate bids and managing document control
• Create bid scope sheet
• Organize RFPs
• Put together submittal sheets and finish schedules
• Contact suppliers and subcontractors for pricing via phone or email
• Verify subcontractor quotes against takeoff quantities
• Send out proposals
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• Experience with painting and wall coverings
• Proficient in Planswift (required) or zzTakeoff
• Strong ability to read plans and specifications
• Commercial painting experience (required)

Salary: $225+ / week
