What you’ll do:
• Support German-speaking customers via phone and email
• Resolve billing, technical, and product-related enquiries
• Handle complaints professionally and document customer interactions accurately
• Identify sales and cross-selling opportunities during customer conversations
• Maintain strong product knowledge and follow quality, GDPR, and safety procedures
• Escalate complex or regulatory issues when required
• Share customer insights to help improve products and processes

What you bring:

✅ German C1 + English B1

✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Customer service, sales, technical support, or call centre experience is a plus — but not required
✅ Comfortable working with digital customer service systems
✅ EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Bulgaria
